Body-Destroying Eating Habits

Consuming too much sugar

Added sugar, particularly in soda and juice, is connected to weight gain, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and several cancers.

You're overeating.

Eating too fast might cause upper and lower gastrointestinal discomfort. Eating huge meals at once may also contribute to obesity and other health issues.

Late eating

Eating too late may harm your body. Time-restricted eating—only eating from 7 am to 7 pm—may be healthy, according to research.

You're lacking fiber.

Avoiding entire grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables may deprive you of fiber.  Fiber "feeds" intestinal microorganisms, helping you lose weight and decrease cholesterol.

Consuming too much animal fat

Excessive animal fat can damage your body. Saturated fat, present in red meat, dairy, and eggs, may harm your cardiovascular system.

Your diet is acidic.

Soda and coffee may cause tooth erosion and poor dental health. Even diet drink may cause cavities, but sugary soda and coffee are worse.

Nutrients are not mixed.

To make the cereal meal more balanced, add chopped almonds for fat and protein, berries for produce, and cereal milk for protein towards the end.
