To perform this workout, you will need a barbell, kettlebell, dumbbells, and weight machines, so pack your gym bag and leave. Complete the leg press, leg extension, barbell back squat, and split squat movements.
Perform a superset of 15 goblet squats and 15 squat leaps for the finisher, then rest for a minute before repeating twice more. The final few reps of each set should be difficult in order to promote muscle growth. If they don't, you must put on more weight.
To get the most out of this workout, attempt to use a full range of motion during each exercise, lowering your rear knee to just above the floor during split squats and ensuring your thighs are at least parallel with the floor at the bottom of each squat. Focus on form and move gently to enhance muscle tension.
