Homemade Weight Loss Drinks

Ginger, Lemon Juice

This weight loss beverage is composed primarily of lemon juice, honey, ginger juice, and water. 

Apple Cider Vinegar

Stir together all the ingredients in a cup of water.  You may consume the mélange three times per day prior to each meal.

Lemon, cucumber

 Blend until smooth the cucumber slices, lemon juice, and one glass of water in a blender. Add a teaspoon of roasted cumin powder.

Pineapple, paprika

It also increases vitality and speeds up the metabolism, thereby aiding in weight loss.

Cinnamon, water

 When the water is tepid enough to consume, add 2 teaspoons of honey or as desired. 

Green tea

Put four green tea sachets in five glasses of simmering water. Once the liquid has finished simmering, transfer it into a pitcher and stir in the lemon juice. 

Cranberry Juice 

Divide it sufficiently for consumption throughout the day. Utilize 100% natural cranberry juice to make this weight loss beverage.

Tomatoes, honey

You can alter the flavor by substituting honey with black pepper powder, salt, and toasted cumin powder.

Citrus juice

Within a few months, consume the mélange on an empty stomach in the morning and after each meal.
