You should engage in physical activity that you like and that makes you feel good about your body.
Think about why you're working out before you start. Do you work out because you like movement and it makes you feel good?
Or, you can be trying to "make up" for whatever you ate, compete with your gym buddy buddies, or achieve a certain body type.
